Pickleball Tournament Directors who switch to Pickleball Den never look back. On tournament day the most prevalent comment is “It just works!” Tournaments start with a simple click of a button and players are sent out to courts via in-app or text notifications. Run Your Tournament Electronically from Start to Finish
Register
Players register for the tournament through the Pickleball Den app. They are also able to invite their partner to register for tournaments electronically.
Check-In
Players check in electronically when they arrive at the courts.
Process Payments
Players pay in advance before registering for the tournament. Tournament directors can process payments through either PayPal or Stripe.
Enter Scores
Players at tournaments can enter scores, see their standings, and be notified of court assignments.
Ratings
Den Global Ratings are automatically updated after the tournament has ended.
Simulate
Pickleball Den's tournament simulator is a tool to help refine bracket start times and maximize available courts.

Pickleball Den proudly powered the Atlantic Intercollegiate Major. Six collegiate pickleball teams participated in a two day tournament at North Carolina State University.
Pickleball Team Tournaments
Team is a module to support club vs. club or intercollegiate competition. Schools, universities, or local pickleball clubs can host team competitions.
Team captains build their teams and assign players to brackets using Pickleball Den technology.
Players can register for team tournaments online, pay fees, and access online updates of the tournament, brackets, scores, and are notified when it’s their time to play. Pickleball Den allows players to log their team tournament scores and these matches count towards a player's rating!

Pickleball Leagues
Pickleball Den fixed doubles round robin league play allows players to play their games over several weeks as teams have time to play, which makes leagues more efficient for players and easier to manage for league directors.
Players can register for leagues online, pay fees, and access online updates of the league, brackets and scores, and are notified when it’s their time to play. Pickleball Den allows players to log their league play scores and these matches count towards a player's rating!
League play is billed at $3.00 per player and invoiced to the league director. No other fees apply.
