How do I view the tournament Welcome Page?
From your Pickleball Den home page, locate your tournament and select “Welcome Page.”
How do I know when my next match will begin?
Check your bracket to see which matches have been completed and which are still upcoming. This will help you estimate how close you are to your next match.
To view your bracket, select “My Bracket” on the tournament Welcome Page.
How do I enter scores for my match?
In most cases, the winning team is responsible for entering the scores and confirming them with the opposing team.
To enter scores, select “Enter Scores” on the tournament Welcome Page, then click “Submit.”
US Open Athletes: You will not be responsible for entering scores in Pickleball Den.
How do I find another tournament player in Pickleball Den?
To find a player and follow along with their bracket and court assignments in Pickleball Den, follow the steps below:
Select “Other Brackets” on the tournament Welcome Page.
Click “Find Player” on the Brackets page.
Search the athlete’s name and select the correct name from the search results.
Select the player’s bracket and click “View Matches” to view completed matches, ongoing games, and the current standings.

How do I see who is playing on each court?
Select the green “On Court” button to view matches on each court, including who’s playing, their bracket, and the match format.
I stopped receiving text messages with tournament updates. How do I resume texting?
Select “Add Phone Text” on the Welcome Page. Confirm your country code and phone number are correct, then click “Save.”
If your information is correct and you’re still not receiving messages, you may have opted out of texts. To re-subscribe, text START to +1 833-593-2385.
Where can I see results and standings?
All match results and standings are updated in real time within your bracket. Select “My Bracket” from the Welcome Page to view updates.
